Breathe Deep is an herbal blend formulated for respiratory issues and sinus relief, including cough, congestion and asthma. Each 8 oz bag makes 8-12 soaks and includes 2 cotton drawstring bags.
Prepare a warm bath, using 1/2 cup of the herbal mixture and soak for 30 minutes. Prepare as a steam bowl treatment, using 1/4 cup of leaves in hot water. Add a dab of Breathe Balm or essential oils of peppermint, eucalyptus or tea tree. Place a towel over the head and steam for 15-30 minutes, taking breaks periodically as needed. Not recommended for small children.
