Organic Peppermint is a natural pain reliever and muscle relaxant. It provides a cooling affect that helps numb the nerves and soothe pain. Its anti-inflammatory properties make it excellent for preventing/reducing swelling/inflammation. It also helps improve blood circulation, which is essential to proper healing and quick recovery.
Horsetail/Shavegrass has a high silica content, which makes it very effective in rebuilding damaged cartilage, strengthening connective tissue, and healing/strengthening bones, cartilage, arteries, skin, and other body tissue… It is often used to support healthy hair, skin, nails, and bones.
Prepare a warm foot/ankle soak using 1 cup of the herbal mixture in hot water. Prepare as a small soak for hand/wrist using 1/2 cup of blend in hot water. Prepare a full bath using 2 cups of blend in a warm bath. Soak for 30 minutes and repeat 2x daily. Do not ingest.
